Atterbury National Piano Competition Finals

Experience the remarkable talent of South Africa’s next generation of pianists at the prestigious Atterbury National Piano Competition Final Round. On Sunday, 25 October, the Fairtree Atterbury Theatre becomes the stage for the country’s most promising young piano talent as the finalists perform in the culmination of one of South Africa’s leading national competitions for young musicians.

Open to pianists aged 19 and under, the competition brings together outstanding young performers from across the country, challenging them to demonstrate technical mastery, musical insight, artistry and stage presence. After progressing through several demanding rounds, the finalists now face their ultimate challenge: a gala final before a live audience and an expert adjudication panel.

The winners will be announced following the performances, bringing this exciting celebration of young South African musical talent to its conclusion.
