Frank is a young man who appears to have his life together, but beneath the surface he is struggling with thoughts, emotions and problems that he refuses to confront. After being encouraged to seek help, he finds himself sitting in what appears to be a normal support-group meeting.
But something isn't right.
Instead of other people, Frank is confronted by the Seven Deadly Sins—Pride, Envy, Lust, Wrath, Greed, Gluttony and Sloth. Each character represents a different part of Frank's inner world and the ways he deals with his problems.
As the meeting continues, the Sins begin to expose the things Frank has been hiding. They challenge his choices and the ways he tries to escape his problems.
What begins as a simple conversation slowly becomes a battle inside Frank's mind. When faced with Death, Frank is forced to confront the question he has avoided for so long:
Does he actually want to die, or does he simply want the pain to stop?
Please note: This play deals with issues such as depression, anxiety and suicide.
