Session 2 - 7 minutes of BLISS in the Atlantic, to music, and your best people.
This is an invitation to challenge your body and mind through guided movement, breathwork, and the invigorating crescendo: a collective water immersion, with a couple of surprises on the other side ;)
It's a celebration of our bodies as vessels and the simple JOY of being alive. Come ready to connect, move, breathe, and plunge into some groovy tunes. This guided session is suitable for all levels, but if you're not up for getting wet, this one might not be for you. Bring a bathing suit and a willingness to feel alive!
New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play! We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
