Summer is back, and we are bringing joy, music and movement back to the beaches and mountain tops of your city.
The SEASON OPENER - Equinox.
The day and night are perfectly in sync, and this session we aim to bring balance into summer. This sunset will bring an experience to unite through music, movement and connection to remind ourselves that every day is a celebration.
New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play! We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
